The Director of Belmont Dog Grooming is Eloise Blackburn. She has been trained by Julie Lalou (LCGI Master Groomer and Groom Team England Member) and has worked under Costin Stoica (Groom Team England Member for Hand stripping).
Eloise holds the City and Guilds Level 3 Diploma for dog grooming and regularly competes in competitions around the UK. She has a true passion for grooming and has aspirations to make it to the England Groom Team. Eloise is constantly attending new training programs to help keep up with the latest styles and trends.
